Comfortable rooms, professional and friendly staff, great location for restaurants and shopping. Morning coffee along the river or inside at the bar was fun.

Small issues with the room, such as a sink that didn't drain and non-functioning plugs and bed. These were fixed the next day, but such problems shouldn't occur in a high-priced hotel.

Great room with a fine view of the city and river. Perfect location, close to everything and easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. a comfortable and convenient stay.

The service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit preoccupied and not very attentive.

The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. The bar on the ground floor and the rooftop were the highlights of my stay, offering great drinks and amazing views. The room, although small, was beautifully designed and comfortable. The breakfast room was bright and the food was delicious, with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Zurich.

The hotel is situated on the river bank in the old town, offering stunning views. The rooms are well-designed with plenty of space for luggage and a comfortable seating area. Breakfast is served in a lovely room with great service. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, as seen by the personalized decorations for a honeymoon couple and the parting gift of risotto.

The room rates may be on the higher side compared to other hotels in the same category.

The location of this hotel was simply amazing, with great nearby restaurants in the center of the city and at the river. We loved exploring the Old Town, which was conveniently close to everything. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and modern, with well-appointed accessories and a luxurious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the panoramic views from the room were breathtaking, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The parking situation near the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as there was no onsite parking available. We had to park a few minutes away and had to plan our schedule accordingly.

I had a corner room with fine views of the river, it was beautiful. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with lovely chocolates and fresh fruit as a special touch. The breakfast buffet was divine, with real honey comb and champagne. The hotel has a traditional charm and the staff were smiling, genuine, and always helpful. I highly recommend Storchen Zurich - Lifestyle Boutique for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

the jacuzzi and massage services were superb, and the in, room breakfast added an extra touch of luxury. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after exploring the location advantages, such as its prime location by the river. the private facilities were top, notch, with beautiful room advantages that included floor, to, ceiling windows and breathtaking views.

Beautifully renovated, clean rooms with lovely linens. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh breakfast. Shutters provide a dark room. Will definitely return! 😊

the staff anticipated my every need and the concierge responded promptly. the location advantages are fantastic, with great views and world-class restaurants and shops only a short walk away. the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially when enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the river.

The only minor issue I had was the lack of security associated with the room keys. Although the keys are quite heavy and the front desk offers to keep them during the day, I wasn't confident they would be given to the right person.
